Extraskeletal Ewing¡¯s sarcoma (EES) is a rare tumor that may arise from soft tissues at any site. Clinically, patients usually present with painful growing mass around paravertebral region or lower extremities, and focal neurological symptoms are uncommonly accompanied. We experienced a case of an EES arising in the pelvic cavity of a 13 year-old boy who presented with pain and progressive weakness of left lower extremity for 5 months. Diagnosis of left lumbosacral plexopathy due to EES was made by electrodiagnostic examination, radiologic findings, histologic analysis, and immunohistochemical staining. Extended surgical excision and multiagent chemotherapy were performed.
